Genesys is strongly committed to training and developing its staff. Our training program consists of mentoring by an experienced senior engineer, an allowance to attend training workshops and regular company training meetings.

Genesys also partners with local universities and regularly employs undergraduate electrical engineers in support of providing them with industrial experience or vocational work.
